Requirement:
  • Minimum Diploma in Nursing with valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC)
  • Registered with the Malaysian Nursing Board
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia both verbally and written
  • Good computer skills (MS Office and other claim applications)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Has the awareness of the need for discretion and keeping confidential matters relating to the patients
  • Tack and diplomacy
  • Good organizational skills
  • Perform other duties as assigned to meet the organization's needs
  • The ability to commence work immediately is an added advantage
Responsibility:
  • Patient registration, medicine dispensary, payment, appointments & follow up
  • Assist doctor in procedures
  • Clinic administrative work
  • Attend to patient’s inquiries and answer incoming calls
  • Manage patients’ registrations and schedule patients’ appointments
  • Simple account and billing matters
  • Involve in cashiering, dispensing, stock taking, and other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time
  • Working Hours for Monday - Friday: 9.00 am to 5.00 pm
  • Working hours for Saturday: 9.00 am to 1.00 pm (Closed on the first week of Saturday each month and Sunday)
